6 to 8 skinned chicken breasts or other parts.
15 oz. of yogurt (more if you're a fan of lots of sauce)
1 or 2 cans of cream for chicken / soup mushroom cream (or any other cream soup or a mixture)
1 tbsp. of curry (add more or less according to taste)
Any Other curry condiments as you would like such as raisins, chutney or almonds (this is optional)
Heat The curry briefly in order to remove the bitterness (about 2 to 5 minutes in the nuwave oven).
Add the condensed soup and yogurt and mix them well. Add the chicken pieces and then cover all with yogurt mixture.
Bake about one hour in the nuwave (or until the chicken is done). Serve it over your favorite rice type with the optional condiments.
This meal is intended for 6 to 8 people and is quick & easy, with a green vegetable.
The Left-over sauce is delicious over any vegetables in the next day.
A Cooked chicken may be used instead of a fresh one, but let the pieces marinate in the sauce, for a time of at least an hour,
in order to absorb the moisture & flavor.
